Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services of NoClaims, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All offers are without obligation. An agreement is concluded as soon as it has been confirmed by both parties.

NoClaims performs the work to the best of its knowledge and ability. Stated terms are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made within the agreed term.

The liability of NoClaims is limited to the amount charged for the relevant agreement.

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
