These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services of NoClaims, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

Offers and agreements<\/h4>\n

All offers are without obligation. An agreement is concluded as soon as it has been confirmed by both parties.<\/p>\n

Performance<\/h4>\n

NoClaims performs the work to the best of its knowledge and ability. Stated terms are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.<\/p>\n

Prices and payment<\/h4>\n

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made within the agreed term.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/h4>\n

The liability of NoClaims is limited to the amount charged for the relevant agreement.<\/p>\n

Applicable law<\/h4>\n

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n
